Audio Journal

Thinking aloud, one prompt at a time

I began the Audio Journal as a way to make space for reflection. Each entry starts with a prompt and follows wherever my thoughts happen to lead.

These are not polished essays or settled conclusions. They are records of thought in motion: observations, questions, memories, and attempts to understand what has my attention.

Each entry can be listened to or read as a lightly edited transcript. Some months follow a shared theme; others stand more independently. Together, they form one thread within the larger record I’m keeping here.
